ACS in Motion reserves the rights to accept or decline order for any reasons.

All products purchased from ACS in Motion have a 30 day limited warranty. After this 30 day period, the warranty is solely provided by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and not ACS in Motion.

All computer systems come with a 1 (one) year parts and labor warranty provided by ACS in Motion. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

If you receive a defective product, you must call us within 3 business days. Customer is responsible for all costs should the defective product returned is found to be functional.

ACS in Motion may allow for the return of certain products. The following terms must be met for a return:

1. Shipping and handling fee is NOT refundable.
2. The return item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
3. A restocking fee of 20% will be subtracted from credit for returned items.
4. The restocking fee will apply after a marketing price adjustment if and when you return your items. If a price drop occurs, you only get back 80% of the current price. If the price increases, you can only get 80% of the invoiced price

Please note that there will be no returns and/or exchanges accepted for the following items:

1. Computer software.
2. Damaged parts caused deliberately.
3. Notebook computers.
4. Opened Hardware and Products
5. Blank media.
6. Specially ordered products.

ACS in Motion is not responsible for errors and omissions. We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate.

ACS in Motion operates under the laws of Canada. You are responsible for court costs, attorney fees and collection fees as applicable.

ACS in Motion reserves the rights to change Terms and Conditions of the sale at its discretion.

Under no circumstances is this policy a warranty.

ACS in Motion reserves the rights to change or to cancel this policy at any time. We might require additional time to inspect the return items, and we might refuse to accept the return if the item is not in resalable condition or has missing parts and or pieces. The service(s) or product(s) provided is/are under a limited warranty, unless intentional damage and or unauthorized repair are done. The product(s) or service(s) provider, ACS in Motion, is not responsible for any problem(s) and or damage(s) that have or will be incurred to a business(s) as a direct result of any unauthorized or prohibited use or misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) that is being or has been provided to you. All purchases are final. No refunds only exchanges are available. ACS in Motion will replace any and all product(s) or service(s) that are deemed to be defective at the time of purchase and not at any time afterwards. ACS in Motion is not responsible for how, where, and by whom the material(s), product(s), and or service(s) provided will be or are used. ACS in Motion will not be held responsible for any wrong doing on behalf of the client(s) and/or business(es).
